DMCA Policy

NoLie, Inc. (“NoLie”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same.
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy explains how NoLie responds to claims of copyright infringement and how copyright owners may submit takedown notices or counter-notices in accordance with the DMCA.
1. Designated DMCA Agent
Pursuant to the DMCA, NoLie has designated the following agent to receive notices of alleged copyright infringement:

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you believe that content available on the NoLie Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent.
A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:
- Your full legal name
- Your mailing address
- Your telephone number
- Your email address
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the specific URL or location on the Platform
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Incomplete or invalid notices may not be processed.
3. NoLie’s Response to a Valid Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, NoLie may:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who uploaded the content
- Take appropriate action against repeat or egregious infringers, including account suspension or termination
NoLie reserves the right to remove content at its discretion.
4. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe that content you uploaded was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice to the designated agent.
A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your full legal name
- Your mailing address
- Your telephone number
- Your email address
- Identification of the material that was removed and its original location on the Platform
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in the United States and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complaining party
- Your physical or electronic signature
5. Restoration of Content
If NoLie receives a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material 10 to 14 business days after receipt, unless the original complaining party files an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
NoLie may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers or who repeatedly submit infringing content.
7. Misuse of the DMCA Process
Submitting knowingly false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in:
- Account suspension or termination
- Loss of platform privileges
- Legal liability under applicable law
8. Creator Intellectual Property Responsibilities
Creators are responsible for ensuring that all content they upload to NoLie is original or properly licensed.
NoLie does not independently verify ownership or licensing of user-uploaded content.
